1. Washing your hair too often
Washing your hair every day can weaken and dry it out. Solution: Wash your hair 2-3 times a week and use a gentle shampoo.
2. Using too much heat
Hair dryers, straighteners and curling irons without protection damage the fiber. Solution: Always use a heat protectant and limit heat sources.
3. Applying conditioner to your skin
Makes your scalp greasy and weighs down your hair. Solution: Apply conditioner only to the lengths and ends.
4. Never cut the ends
Makes your hair look worn and messy. Solution: Get a regular trim every 6-8 weeks.
